3. Privacy Protections for Job Seekers
We take candidate privacy seriously. Your full name, contact details, and profile photo are never publicly visible on the platform. On public pages such as the Talent Pool, candidate photos are blurred and only the first name is shown.
Your complete profile is only visible to verified employers after you have applied to one of their vacancies. You retain control over your profile information and may update or delete it at any time from your portal.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
- With Employers: When you apply for a vacancy, the employer gains access to your application details and the profile information you have provided.
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party providers who assist with hosting, email delivery, and analytics — under strict data processing agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Uploaded files such as resumes and logos are stored on our secure servers. You may delete or replace these files at any time from your portal settings.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and analyse platform usage. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect some platform features.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, OTP two-factor verification, and role-based access controls to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
