To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

As a job seeker on the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate profile, experience, and qualification information
• Upload only resumes and documents that belong to you
• Not create multiple accounts for the same individual
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, skills, or experience
• Use the Platform solely for legitimate job-seeking purposes

Your profile is private by default. Personal contact details are never publicly displayed. Employers may only view your full profile after you apply for a vacancy they have posted.

As an employer (company) on the Platform, you agree to:

• Post only genuine, accurate, and currently open job vacancies
• Not post discriminatory, fraudulent, or misleading job listings
• Use candidate information solely for the purpose of evaluating job applications
• Comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws
• Not share candidate data with third parties without the candidate's consent
• Close vacancies promptly once positions are filled

You must not use the Platform to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Harvest, scrape, or collect data from the Platform using automated means
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or promotional content to other users
• Post fake job vacancies or apply with fabricated credentials
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Platform in any way
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

All content on the Platform — including logos, design, text, software, and features — is owned by Skill Hub Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our written permission.

By uploading content to the Platform (such as resumes, logos, or company descriptions), you grant Skill Hub Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We do not verify the accuracy of job listings posted by employers or the credentials provided by job seekers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skill Hub Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, employment opportunities, or data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings in your portal.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
